We’re Hiring: Experienced Real Estate Front Desk Administrator

Royal LePage Platinum Realty is looking for an experienced, organized, and professional administrator to manage our front desk and support daily brokerage operations.

Immediate start — previous real estate brokerage experience required.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and visitors and manage front desk inquiries
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist agents
- Prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other real estate documents under agents’ direction
- Enter, update, and make listings live on MLS
- Handle listing mapping across MLS systems, including TRREB and ITSO
- Manage Broker Bay, including showing requests and appointments
- Support transaction processing and daily office operations

Qualifications:





- Previous front desk or administrative experience in a real estate brokerage
- Experience preparing real estate documents and managing MLS listings
- Knowledge of TRREB, ITSO, MLS mapping, and BrokerBay
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a busy office environment
