310T Truck Technician – Fleet Maintenance

Location: Bolton, Ontario
Compensation: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Shifts Available: Days or Afternoons

The Opportunity:

We're recruiting experienced 310T Truck Technicians for a well-established company specializing in commercial fleet operations, road maintenance and winter maintenance services.

This is a shop-based opportunity to join a busy fleet maintenance team working on a variety of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and specialized road maintenance equipment.

If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and working with specialized equipment, this could be a excellent fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Perform preventative maintenance, routine servicing and mechanical repairs on a fleet of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and road maintenance equipment.
- Complete vehicle safety inspections and identify mechanical or operational issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
- Service and maintain snowplows and other specialized fleet equipment.
- Assist with seasonal equipment changeovers and modifications, including converting vehicles between winter maintenance and other road service applications.
- Perform welding and fabrication work when required, based on experience.
- Work closely with the shop team and equipment operators to address maintenance needs and minimize downtime.




- Perform both shop-based and occasional field service work, depending on operational requirements.

What We're Looking For:

- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician licence required. Final-year 310T apprentices may also be considered, with compensation based on experience.
- Experience maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trucks or commercial fleet equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and inspection skills.
- Experience with snowplows, municipal equipment or specialized road maintenance vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays as required.
- Valid G license.
