Job Description

We are hiring flooring installers and concrete technicians to assist with the installation, preparation, and finishing of various flooring systems. Successful candidates will work on job sites throughout BC and contribute to delivering qualified results while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Self-Levelling Flooring: Prepare substrates, mix and pour self-levelling compounds, and achieve smooth, level surfaces.
- Concrete Polishing: Operate concrete grinding and polishing equipment to achieve the specified finish, from light polish to exposed aggregate.
- Concrete Grinding & Preparation: Perform diamond grinding, surface profiling, coating removal, and concrete preparation.
- Epoxy & Resinous Coatings: Install epoxy flake, solid-colour, metallic, quartz, and other resinous flooring systems.
- Perform crack repairs, joint filling, patching, and other concrete preparation tasks.
- Operate floor grinders, polishers, dust extractors, and other specialized equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Follow project specifications and company quality standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, concrete grinding,



self-levelling, or construction is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing hands-on construction and flooring work.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety requirements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout British Columbia.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are assets.
- Experience operating concrete grinders, polishers, and industrial dust extraction equipment is an advantage.
