The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Driver Services Representative plays a key role in supporting fleet operations by ensuring the safe, timely movement of vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service. This position acts as a liaison between drivers, technicians, and management to keep operations running smoothly.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as required

Key Responsibilities

- Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from client locations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate trip logs, inspection reports,



and service documentation
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians regarding vehicle status and scheduling
- Provide qualified and courteous customer service during all interactions
- Assist with yard organization, vehicle staging, and general shop support
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Support daily operational needs as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting

Qualifications

- Valid Class G driver’s license (DZ or higher considered a strong asset)
- Clean driver’s abstract and proven safe driving record
- Experience driving light-duty and/or commercial vehicles preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer or mobile app proficiency
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing light lifting as needed
