We are a well-established and reputed restaurant with a strong customer base, recognized for delivering authentic flavors and an exceptional dining experience. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef / Cook with expertise in Indian and Hakka Chinese cuisine to join our culinary team.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a diverse range of Indian and Hakka Chinese dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and consistency. The role requires strong culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indian and Hakka Chinese dishes, ensuring authenticity and consistency.
- Develop and refine recipes to maintain the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Oversee food preparation, portioning, and presentation in alignment with established guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring efficient utilization of ingredients and minimizing waste.
- Uphold all health, hygiene, and safety regulations,



maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute creative input toward menu development and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook specializing in Indian and/or Hakka Chinese cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques relevant to both cuisines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Culinary diploma or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development will be considered an asset.
