Dental Receptionist – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the Position

We are a patient-focused dental clinic in Thornhill seeking friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionists to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and helps maintain an effective and welcoming front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and cancellations
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent
- Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups
- Assist patients with insurance inquiries, estimates, and billing
- Process payments and manage daily front desk transactions
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to maintain smooth clinic operations




- Support general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

- Previous dental reception experience is an asset
- Familiarity with ABELDent is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask in a busy dental environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Dental experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
