Position Summary

Purebread is hiring a Supervisor to run shifts at our bakery cafe. You will lead the team on the floor, look after our guests, and keep the shift running smoothly, from the first coffee to the final cash out.

What you will do

- Lead the team on shift, set positions and keep everyone on track
- Deliver warm, proactive service and keep displays full and beautiful
- Place orders and manage labour on shift
- Open and close the store, including the daily cash out
- Help train current team members and give helpful feedback
- Keep the shift safe,



clean and food safe

What we are looking for

- Cafe, bakery or food service experience; shift lead experience a plus
- Calm under pressure and great with people
- Organized, reliable and accurate with cash
- Availability for opening, closing and weekend shifts

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
