We are seeking a patient-focused Skin Consultant who is passionate about guiding patients through their skincare journey. This role is ideal for someone who values trust, education, and meaningful patient relationships while helping individuals make informed decisions about their treatment plans.

Position Summary

As a Skin Consultant, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for patients from their first inquiry through ongoing care. You will provide thoughtful, personalized skin consultations, educate patients on treatment options, and support them in selecting solutions that align with their goals, lifestyle, and clinical recommendations. Success in this role is driven by strong patient relationships, high satisfaction, and effective conversion through ethical, consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth skin consultations with a strong focus on converting leads into booked treatments and packages
- Assess guest concerns and present customized treatment plans aligned with clinical recommendations and aesthetic goals
- Confidently sell dermatological services, injectables, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare products
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through in-clinic interactions, phone outreach, referrals, and online inquiries
- Proactively follow up with prospects and existing guests using CRM and SMS tracking systems to drive bookings
- Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products to increase guest lifetime value
- Shadow dermatologists to strengthen treatment knowledge and improve consultation close rates




- Accurately track sales activity, lead conversion, and follow-ups within clinic systems
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Support clinic operations as needed, including administrative, call center, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to clinic protocols, professionalism, and confidentiality

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Certification in medical aesthetics or laser technology considered a strong asset
- Proven success in a sales-driven role, preferably within medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury retail
- Strong closing skills and confidence in recommending high-value treatment plans
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities with a consultative sales approach
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under sales targets and performance metrics
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, lead management tools, and SMS tracking systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to both South and Downtown clinic locations
