MacMaster Buick GMC is hiring a Full-Time Parts Advisor in Orangeville.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with strong customer service skills. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, accessories, and promotions
- Provide accurate parts quotes and process sales for retail, wholesale, and internal customers
- Take parts orders by phone, email, technician counter, and front counter
- Supply parts to Service Technicians efficiently
- Prepare and organize orders for shipping, delivery, and pickups
- Stock inventory and maintain an organized parts department

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of automotive parts experience considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented attitude

What We Offer:
