Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipper/Receiver in Cold Environment to support daily warehouse distribution operations. This hands-on role helps ensure incoming goods are received accurately and customer orders are picked, packaged, and shipped on time. The successful candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, including e-commerce orders.
- Use a warehouse management system (WMS) to record receipts, inventory movements, and order fulfillment activity.
- Enter and retrieve information in inventory or planning systems; experience with MRP or AS400 is helpful.
- Operate a forklift, reach truck, or order picker when trained and authorized.
- Load and unload deliveries and move products safely throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages.
- Keep work areas organized and follow established safety and packaging procedures.




- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution team members to meet shipping and receiving priorities.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience, particularly in shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, order picking, or order fulfillment, is preferred.
- Comfortable with Computers and ERP systems
- Strong Leadership skills (If performed well, can be promoted as Shipper/Receiver Team lead)
- Familiarity with a warehouse management system; MRP or AS400 experience is an asset.
- Forklift, reach truck, or order picker experience is preferred. Equipment must be operated only when trained and authorized.
- Basic math skills and the ability to check quantities, labels, and shipping documents accurately.
- Ability to handle packaging tasks and safely load and unload products.
- Solid attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing warehouse priorities.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
