As Facility Supervisor, you will lead daily operations while overseeing maintenance and cleaning personnel. The position combines team supervision, facility upkeep, regulatory compliance, customer service, and financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, schedule, and train shop and washrack personnel
- Inspect equipment, workflows, facility, and grounds daily
- Coordinate asset maintenance and cleaning to Trimac standards
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily workflow




- Maintain logs, records, inventory, and cleaning processes

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required
- Three to five years industrial, maintenance, or cleaning experience
- Supervisory or lead hand experience required
- Mechanical maintenance and tank cleaning understanding
- Microsoft Office proficiency; digital work order experience is an asset
