Lead Walmart Pharmacy operations in Sydney with pharmacist licensure, prescription accuracy, patient counselling, and team leadership. Manage people, merchandise, and daily execution.

The Pharmacy Manager oversees all day-to-day activities affecting the division. This position leads Pharmacy and OTC teams, develops associates, and maintains Walmart policy, skilled standards, and provincial and federal regulations. The manager also executes programs assigned by Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Pharmacy and OTC teams through training and performance reviews
- Manage scheduling, budgets, inventories, and business action plans
- Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely




- Counsel patients and protect patient privacy at all times
- Maintain pharmacy operations during posted business hours

Requirements:

- Pharmacist License
- Additional Prescribing Authorization permit optional in Alberta
- Ability to operate pharmacy registers and computer systems
- Ability to follow Walmart OBWs, SOPs, and provincial regulations
- Ability to develop collaborative healthcare provider relationships
