Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, following established production procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Identify and report defective materials, damaged components, or assembly issues.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures,
and quality standards.
- Assist with other production-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is an asset.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is an asset.
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols
