Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Large Format Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-format printing equipment, cutting equipment, and finishing equipment ensuring the highest quality standards are met for a variety of creative and commercial print projects. Your expertise in color management, graphic design software, and industrial equipment adjustment will be essential to delivering outstanding results on time and within specifications.

Responsibilities

- Operate large-format printers and related industrial equipment with precision and efficiency
- Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction of designs
- Interpret production documents accurately to execute print jobs according to specifications
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting to optimize print quality and workflow
- Organize print orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with cutting, paper binding, and finishing tasks
- Work efficiently using 5S Lean Manufacturing standards following Standard Operating Procedures to achieve departmental KPI targets

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating large-format printers and industrial printing equipment




- Strong knowledge of color management techniques and prepress software tools
- Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions
- Knowledge of print advertising materials and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision in finishing tasks

Availability: 7 days a week, morning and night shift availability

Paid Training: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

After Training: Available any 7 days a week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
