Warehouse Lead | Port Coquitlam, BC

Pay: $30.00-$35.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

About the Chance
Our client is an established electrical and green energy contractor with over 30 years of experience. They deliver large-scale projects, design-build work, retrofits, and clean energy solutions across the residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. They’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their Port Coquitlam team.

The Role
You’ll help run daily warehouse operations and lead warehouse staff, reporting to the Shop Supervisor. You’ll keep site material orders moving, stock organized, and the fleet and facility in good shape.

What You’ll Do

- Help oversee warehouse operations and staff, and plan and prioritize the team’s work
- Coordinate with the Site and Shop Supervisors and help schedule driver deliveries
- Fill site material orders with the purchasing department




- Run the tool crib (inbound/outbound) and track tools, equipment, and inventory
- Receive and organize stock, sort and strip wire, and prepare and document skids for racking
- Drive company vehicles, make site deliveries, and operate a forklift
- Help maintain the vehicle fleet
- Keep the facility clean, safe, and orderly, including outside grounds
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance (doors, switches, fixtures, plumbing, carpentry)

What You Bring

- 3-5 years in a similar warehouse lead role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and forklift license
- Comfort with hand and power tools and material handling equipment
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- First Aid certification is an asset
