As a Senior Sales Representative you will lead the Atlantic industrial account sales team in collaboration with head office. You will have the ability to manage the purchasing of scrap metal within a defined territory and support business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

What youre responsible for:

- Purchasing scrap metal to support tonnage and profitability targets;
- Visiting industrial suppliers in person to promote new and repeat business opportunities;
- Serving as a trusted point of contact for suppliers by providing pricing information answering questions and resolving issues;
- Supporting prospecting efforts to identify new customers and business opportunities;
- Developing a network of contacts to gather market insights and pricing trends;
- Leading profit and loss analysis;
- Developing knowledge of yard operations to better understand and support pricing strategies;
- Coordinating with administrative staff and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of all purchase transactions.

Qualifications :





To join our team:

- You have a College Diploma in Commerce Sales Marketing or equivalent experience;
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience (experience in recycling metals or industrial sales is an asset);
- You have a valid drivers license;
- You have strong mathematical problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- You have solid skills in analyzing results;
- You have excellent leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
- You are able to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and trainings.
