What you will be doing:

- - Consistently offer professional friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Provide support to the Bar team by way of completing assigned side duties resetting work area running food orders taking food/beverage orders at the bar
- Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines




- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Passion for food beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Serving It Right certification
