Accounting policies Support compliance with SEC public company reporting requirements for the U.listed parent company, including regulatory filings with the SEC Advise and support regional accounting teams on complex or unusual accounting transactions in accordance with U.
Tax Project Finance Legal GAAP and consolidation accounting SAP experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong communication and project management skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Professional accounting designation required: ACCA membership 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Big Four audit background and/or recent experience preparing public company consolidated financial statements Collaborative and team-oriented while capable of working independently with minimal supervision
