- Infrastructure to join their growing Infrastructure division in Mississauga, Ontario. This team delivers major transportation and infrastructure projects including:



Roads & Highways Heavy Civil & Transportation Infrastructure This is more than pricing work. You will influence strategy, shape project delivery and play a major role in securing high-profile infrastructure projects. Analyse tender documents, drawings and technical requirements Identify project risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives Prepare schedules, labour, equipment and productivity planning Review subcontractor pricing and negotiate scope clarification Benchmark and cost projects using historical and market data Mentor and develop junior estimators and support teams 10-12 years combined field and estimating experience Heavy Civil, Transit or Infrastructure estimating experience essential Strong commercial and technical capability Passion for winning work and delivering high-quality bids ADDITIONAL ASSETS BIM Experience Long-Term Pipeline of Work Tier 1 Project Exposure Relocation Support For You and Your Immediate Family It is for experienced infrastructure estimators who understand complexity, thrive under pressure and want to influence major project success.
