This strategic marketing and communications role manages the full capture lifecycle for must-win opportunities. You will collaborate with Client Account Management, technical, commercial, and marketing teams. The work includes client intelligence, win strategy, proposal oversight, interview coaching, and executive stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess viable strategic infrastructure opportunities
- Lead go/no-go decisions and capture planning processes
- Develop client intelligence, positioning, and win strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in proposal management, capture strategy, or business development
- Success leading capture planning for large, complex pursuits

- Strategic thinking, executive communication, and advanced project management
