Downer is seeking a Regional Manager to lead asphalt, spray seal and civil operations across Southern & Central West NSW and ACT. Based out of Hume, this role focuses on growth, operational excellence and robust client partnerships within a large, diversified portfolio.
You will develop high-performing teams, drive project opportunities, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality across multiple depots, including Hume, Bathurst, Forbes and Mogo.
