Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor application health reports, alerts, and operating system logs
- Investigate issues, perform impact analysis, and implement corrective changes
- Review high-risk changes and coordinate application-specific concerns
- Administer on-call rotations, equipment,



and coverage schedules
- Manage vendors, team meetings, performance reviews, and continuity testing

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years delivering complex technology projects
- Hands-on experience or prior role as Development Manager
- Application support, development management, and modernization experience
- GitHub, Copilot, scheduling, and monitoring tools experience
