Lead CNA Canada’s Specialty and Programs business through strategic growth, underwriting excellence, and portfolio leadership across national insurance operations. This officer position directs Management Liability, Financial Lines, Cyber & Qualified Lines, Healthcare, and Programs/Affinity. You will shape business strategy, risk appetite, distribution, and performance while aligning Canadian priorities with Global Specialty leaders. The mandate includes financial accountability, governance, market expansion, and organizational capability.

Requirements:
