Summary
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll support food and beverage operations and help lead the team in delivering welcoming service. Your impact: By helping the team serve guests attentively and consistently, you support enjoyable dining experiences for travellers.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day food and beverage operation.
- Guide and supervise team members during service.
- Help maintain attentive, welcoming guest service.
- Support safe food handling and food safety practices.
- Assist with restaurant/catering operations and point-of-sale processes.
- Qualifications
- Relevant food service experience and a strong understanding of hospitality.
- Supervisory experience, team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety.
- Preferred: restaurant/catering management experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with POS systems, serving and cash handling.
