Built Around Your Life

✔ Full-time hours, [40] per week

✔ Flexible schedule if that is what is required

✔ Little to no face to face work. Most of your day happens online, by phone and by email

✔ A dedicated transfer team for removals and transfers

✔ Our own crematoriums, in Chilliwack or Vancouver Island

✔ Care Centre and administrative support behind you every step of the way

✔ One transparent, set price list, so there is never any upselling or pressure on families

What Your Day Looks Like

✔ Connecting with families who reach out through our online arrangement form, usually within 24 hours

✔ Leading arrangement meetings by phone or video call, for at need and pre planned services

✔ Preparing and filing paperwork: Vital Statistics registration, disposition permits and CPP Death Benefit forms

✔ Coordinating with our transfer team and crematorium so every step happens on time

✔ Setting up online memorials and keeping families updated until their loved one comes home

✔ Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience

✔ A Funeral Director license in good standing (BC preferred; for the right person, we will support a license transfer)

✔ At least 1 year of experience in funeral services

✔ Comfort with video calls, email and digital forms

✔ A calm, caring and organized approach, with a strong sense of urgency

✔ Legal entitlement to work in Canada
