Role Description iDIG Marketing is seeking a full time Account Manager specializing in the HVAC industry for a hybrid role based in Oakville, ON. This position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening client relationships,
and collaborating with internal teams to present tailored marketing solutions for HVAC businesses. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, sales strategy development, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven business development skills, including identifying prospects, lead generation, and closing sales
- Understanding of HVAC industry trends, market analysis, and marketing solutions
- Experience in client relationship management and account growth strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Previous experience in HVAC, marketing or agency environments is highly advantageous, but not essential
