HireScope is a Canadian recruitment advertising management company helping staffing agencies improve the performance of their job advertising.
We're looking for an experienced B2B cold caller to connect with staffing agency owners and decision-makers across Canada and the US, introduce our services, and book qualified discovery calls with our founder. No closing or sales presentations required.
- Location: Remote (Canada)
- Pay: Commission based | $100 CAD per qualified discovery meeting completed | Additional $400 CAD when a referred prospect becomes a paying client.
Your responsibilities:
- Cold-call staffing and recruitment agencies.
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings with our founder.
- Maintain accurate calling activity and prospect notes.
Ideal experience:
- Proven North American B2B cold-calling experience.
- Excellent spoken English and skilled phone communication.
- Staffing, recruitment, HR technology, or marketing services experience preferred.
- Comfortable working independently with agreed activity and reporting expectations.
We're looking to begin with a 30-day pilot, with the possibility of an ongoing partnership based on results.
