We’re hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) | Mississauga, ON

Pouch Makers Canada Inc. makes custom flexible packaging, including printed pouches, spout pouches, and more. We bring 30 years of experience, every printing technology under one roof, Japanese machinery, and a local Mississauga sales office and warehouse.

What you’ll do

- Qualify and convert inbound inquiries into orders
- Prospect new brands through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Recommend the right pouch format, material, and print method, then quote and close
- Manage accounts after the sale: artwork, proofs, delivery updates, and reorders
- Travel to visit clients whenever needed
- Keep your pipeline up to date in Zoho CRM and hit monthly and quarterly targets

What you bring

- 1–2 years of B2B sales, ideally in packaging, printing or manufacturing




- Freshers can apply as well if they are very good at multitasking.
- Comfort with both inbound and outbound selling.
- Solid communication skills and a target-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Flexible packaging knowledge is a big plus
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software tools, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

What we offer

CAD 19 minimum base + travel reimbursement (only for client visits)

After 6 Months of probation are completed, sales incentives will be considered additionally.
