Nation Valley Services is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and CLOSE deals.

We're not looking for someone who waits for leads to come in.

We want someone who creates opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE:

✔ You thrive in outside sales and love being in front of customers.

✔ Cold calling, prospecting, and walking into businesses come naturally to you.

✔ You're confident approaching decision-makers and building relationships from scratch.

✔ You're competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results.

✔ You have B2B sales experience and know how to develop and manage a territory.

✔ You want to be rewarded for your performance, not just your time.

? BONUS POINTS: You already have established relationships within Ottawa's condominium, property management, commercial real estate, or facility management industries. If you know the decision-makers and can open doors, we definitely want to talk!

THE OPPORTUNITY:

You'll be helping expand Nation Valley Services throughout the Ottawa region,



developing relationships with commercial property managers, condominium corporations, retirement residences, and facility management teams.

This is a true new-business development role, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.
