Client Engagement & Development Consultant - Remote The Path Set Before You operates within the personal and professional development sector, connecting individuals with established leadership and personal development programs, virtual learning experiences and live events.

We are seeking a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, having thoughtful conversations and helping people explore opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Role Structure

This is an independent, self-directed remote role.

Compensation is performance-based and is not structured as a salary or hourly wage.

Access to established training, business systems and ongoing personal, professional and leadership development resources is available.

Successful candidates will be comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity, follow-up and results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and engage prospective clients through individual marketing, outreach and relationship-building activity





Conduct introductory conversations to understand individual goals, interests and suitability

Build trust and rapport through thoughtful questions, active listening and professional communication

Share relevant information about personal and leadership development programs

Maintain timely and respectful follow-up with prospective clients

Work within established communication and client-development processes

Maintain organized records of conversations and next steps

Participate in ongoing personal, professional and leadership development
