We're a full-service marketing agency helping local and service businesses get more customers through Google, ads, social media and websites. We're hiring appointment setters to book strategy calls with business owners.
How you get paid (commission only)
- $35 for every qualified appointment you book that shows up
- 20% of the deal when our closer signs the client. Our average deal is $2,000 to $3,000, so that's $400 to $600 per close
You earn on the booking, then again if it closes. There's no cap.
What that looks like About 30% of the appointments our setters book turn into signed clients. For every 10 booked appointments that show up:
- 10 × $35 = $350 in booking commission
- 3 closed deals × $400 to $600 = $1,200 to $1,800 in close commission
- $1,550 to $2,150 total, or roughly $155 to $215 per appointment that shows
Book 10 a week and that's about $6,000 to $8,500 a month.

What you'll do
- Call business owners from the lead list
- Qualify each prospect against a few simple criteria
- Book strategy calls directly into our calendar
- Log every call and outcome in our CRM
- Follow up with prospects who asked for a callback
Who we're looking for
- Cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Comfortable talking to owners and handling objections calmly
- Self-driven and consistent, with a quiet workspace and good headset
- Available during North American business hours (EST)
