Independent Business Development Consultant — Remote The Path Set Before You operates within the personal and professional development sector, connecting individuals with established leadership and personal development programs, virtual learning experiences and live events.

We are seeking an experienced professional who enjoys meaningful conversations, relationship building and business development and is comfortable working independently within an established framework.

Role Structure

This is an independent, self-directed remote role.

Compensation is performance-based and is not structured as a salary or hourly wage.

Access to established training, business systems and ongoing personal, qualified and leadership development resources is available.

Individuals are responsible for managing their own activity, client development, follow-up and results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and engage prospective clients through individual marketing, outreach and business-development activity

Conduct introductory conversations to understand goals, interests and suitability





Build professional relationships through thoughtful questions, active listening and genuine conversation

Share relevant information and resources clearly and professionally

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients

Work within an established business-development and communication process

Maintain organized records of conversations, activity and next steps

Participate in ongoing personal, professional and leadership development
