Job Duties

- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the return booking team.
- Arrange transportation for customer returns and schedule deliveries to the LG warehouse.
- Verify that all return requests have valid Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- Consolidate return shipments by geographical region and carrier to minimize transportation costs.
- Provide carriers with the required RMA information and Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation prior to pickup.
- Coordinate reverse logistics operations for positive-set returns and act as the primary point of contact for return shipments.
- Monitor the group email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate RMA records, investigate outstanding RMAs over 30 days, and follow up to ensure timely closure.




- Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate carrier-related issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, including experience in customer service or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of team management or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
