Role: Mainframe Production Support Developer

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage application custodianship, risk assessments, problem records, and disaster recovery (DR) exercises.
- Review, triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and mailbox requests.
- Perform production verification testing (PIV) using tools such as Postman and PMA.
- Investigate production issues related to client data, card status, and application inquiries.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve production issues and implement changes.
- Manage Thales client card purging, exception reports, password renewals, and certificate renewals.
- Coordinate annual Interac and internal audits, penetration testing, and retesting.
- Approve Cloud API and Helios deployments.
- Support Asset Compatibility Testing (ACT) and BMM enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate testing with business stakeholders.

Key Technical Skills: Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB, production support, incident management, Postman, and disaster recovery.
