Alberta Boot Company has spent nearly 50 years crafting Western boots in Canada and serving customers nationally. As we grow our ecommerce business, strengthen our retail presence, and expand into current markets, we're building the team that will support the next stage of our growth.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead marketing for Alberta Boot Company and Cody & Sioux across every channel, from digital and ecommerce to print, radio, events, and in-store. You’ll turn our heritage into campaigns that grow online sales, store traffic, and brand reach.

What You’ll Lead:

- Strategy and budget. Own the annual Canadian marketing plan, budget, and KPIs, and report monthly on ROAS, acquisition cost, sales, and campaign results.
- Brand stewardship. Protect our voice, visual identity, and heritage story across every touchpoint, and extend our reach through PR, sponsorships, and ambassadors.
- Integrated campaigns. Direct campaigns across digital, social, email, print, radio, events, and in-store, from brief to recap.
- Ecommerce growth. Partner with ecommerce to grow online revenue through paid media, email and SMS, product launches, and conversion.
- Flagship traffic. Bring people to our Beltline flagship through local marketing, events, factory viewings, and tourism partnerships.
- Team and partners. Lead our Marketing Traffic Coordinator, manage agencies and partners, and keep the calendar on time and on budget.

What You Bring:

- 5–7 years in marketing, including 2+ in a management or lead role. Footwear, apparel, retail, or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.




- A track record of growing ecommerce and retail sales through integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo (or similar).
- Strong creative judgement across photography, video, copy, and design.
- Experience owning a budget and managing agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Familiarity with Western lifestyle, heritage or craft brands, and the Calgary Stampede is a strong asset.
