Role Description The Microsoft Copilot Developer will design, develop, and configure AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Foundry, as well as related Microsoft technologies to support business processes. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, testing and refining features, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer to end users.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and integrating business applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps for creating custom apps and automating workflows.
- Proficiency working with SharePoint for collaboration, content management, and solution integration.
- Knowledge of Databases, including data modeling, querying,
and connecting data sources to AI and Microsoft solutions.
- Experience configuring and using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI copilots within Microsoft 365 or Azure environments.
- Understanding of cloud services, APIs, and security best practices in enterprise environments.
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and document solutions.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications)
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada and the ability to invoice as an independent contractor, through a sole proprietorship or corporation
