Sales Associate Clash Nexus AI Location: Remote applicants must be based in North America Employment Type: Independent contractor Compensation: Commission-based; no base salary Time Commitment: Minimum 24 hours per week About Clash Nexus AI Clash Nexus AI helps construction professionals identify design issues and cross-discipline clashes in PDF drawing packages before they become costly problems on the jobsite. Our AI-powered platform helps teams streamline drawing reviews and reduce avoidable rework. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Associate to sell our high-ticket software subscription to construction companies, design firms, and other industry professionals.

Your Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email, networking, and follow-up. Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ drawing review processes and challenges. Clearly communicate the value of Clash Nexus AI and guide prospects through the sales process.

Coordinate product demonstrations and encourage prospects to try the platform. Build relationships, address objections, and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.



Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and sales opportunities.

Commit a minimum of 24 hours per week to sales activities.

What You Bring

Previous sales experience is required. Cold calling experience is preferred. Current residence in North America. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Confidence selling a high-ticket product in a commission-based role. The ability to work independently, manage your time, and follow through consistently. A reliable computer and internet connection.

Experience in software, B2B sales, or the construction industry is an asset.
