Role Description Seasonal Part Time Managers and Sales Associates at Claire’s in Kamloops, BC work on-site to support daily store operations and deliver an engaging customer experience. Team members greet customers, assist with product selection, promote current trends, and support ear piercing services while maintaining high standards of safety and care. Managers help lead the team by overseeing opening and closing procedures, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines.

Sales

Associates support point-of-sale transactions, handle returns and exchanges,



and keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked. This is a full-time, seasonal role that requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to support accurate stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Experience with Service Parts or product handling, ensuring merchandise is organized, tagged, and available for customers.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable manner and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with handling cash, operating point-of-sale systems, and following store policies and procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform basic physical tasks required in retail settings.
- Previous retail or fashion accessories experience is an asset; supervisory experience is beneficial for Manager roles.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods during the seasonal timeframe.
