Trans 99 Logistics is a growing North American transportation and logistics company operating across Canada, the USA, and Mexico.

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to help us transform our operations using artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and intelligent system integrations.

This is a hands-on role focused on building real-world automation solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual work, minimize errors, and provide better operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch & Transportation Automation

- Automate load planning, dispatch workflows, and shipment tracking.
- - Build AI-powered alerts for delayed pickups, deliveries, and operational exceptions.
- - Integrate Samsara GPS data with TMS
- - Automate trip reconciliation, mileage verification, and driver payroll checks.
- - Develop intelligent dispatch dashboards and operational reporting.

- 2. Safety & Compliance Automation

- Automate driver safety monitoring and compliance reporting.

- Integrate Samsara safety data, dash cameras, and driver performance metrics.

- Build automated alerts for HOS violations, unsafe driving, and high-risk drivers.

- Automate safety scorecards, incident tracking, and corrective-action follow-ups.

- Develop predictive safety analytics.

3. Accounting & Financial Automation

- Automate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.

- Develop AI-based duplicate payment detection and reconciliation.

- Integrate QuickBooks and transportation management systems.

- Automate carrier settlements, driver payroll verification, and financial reporting.





- Build automated financial dashboards and exception alerts.

4. AI Development & System Integration

- Design and implement AI agents and intelligent workflow automation.

- Connect existing business systems through APIs and integrations.

- Build solutions using Python, SQL, Power Automate, n8n, Make, or similar technologies.

- Implement AI tools using OpenAI APIs, machine learning, and document processing.

- Maintain secure, scalable, reliable automation systems.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in software automation, systems integration, or AI development.

- Strong knowledge of APIs, Python, SQL, and workflow automation platforms.

- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, and business process automation.

- Experience integrating ERP, accounting, GPS, or transportation management systems.

- Transportation, trucking, logistics, or supply chain experience is strongly preferred.

- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to independently design and deploy automation solutions.
