1. Senior Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

Location: Toronto, ON – 5 days onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations, enterprise application integration, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will lead solution design, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of business-critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead systems analysis, solution architecture, and technical design documentation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and technical specifications.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; environments, including Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse to support business solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
- Lead solution workshops, technical discussions, testing, integration, implementation, and production support.




- Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and support delivery throughout the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis, functional consulting, or a related IT role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O;, system configuration, and support.
- Experience with DMF, enterprise integrations, and Power Platform tools.
- Robust understanding of supply chain processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart or similar tools.

Nice to Have

- D365 F&O; implementation experience.
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), eCommerce integrations, and AI solutions.
- Public sector experience.
