The Role In this independent engagement, you'll lead client engagement within a proven global framework:

- Strategic Engagement: Identify and connect with qualified professionals through our established marketing systems and CRM. The infrastructure carries the load; you supply the judgment.
- Consultative Discovery: Hold structured discovery conversations to assess alignment with our leadership programs & business. Consultative by design - genuine dialogue,
- Practice Management: Run your own pipeline,



schedule, and follow-ups with complete location independence. Where you work is genuinely your business.
- Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training alongside an international community of seasoned consultants - many of whom made this same transition.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 7+ years in Consulting, Strategic Sales, Marketing, or Client Engagement roles.
- Actively seeking a career transition - a professional who wants to convert corporate expertise into independent practice, not another job title.
- The self-discipline and maturity to operate an independent remote practice - and the preference for it.
- Strong executive presence and the communication skills to build trust quickly with senior professionals.
- Based in the United States or Canada.
