Responsibilities:

- Development and architecture of real-time communication services.
- Focus on telephony applications using a variety of open-source and commercial platforms.
- Partner closely with operations and other cross-functional program team members.
- Any other related responsibilities that would fit within the job role.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer working with VoIP/SIP applications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience coding and creating SIP Services with Asterisk / Freeswitch, and OpenSIPS / Kamailio.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Python, a solid plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner.

Our ideal candidate would have either have a skillset in (or an interest to learn) the following:

- Technicals: Python, SQL, cloud environments/architectures, messaging or event-based asynchronous systems, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- DevOps: Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Consul, and AWX.
- Misc: Experience with CloudFlare and other infrastructure automation tools
