*Upstaff Employment Services is urgently hiring a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator for an immediate onsite role in Edmonton!

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM (36.25 hours/week)

Location: Edmonton, AB (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a reach truck and warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, ship, and accurately receive orders.
- Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and computerized reconciliation.
- Handle secure and serialized materials with high attention to detail.

⛔ Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):

- Location: Must currently live in Alberta.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck experience (Counterbalance alone will NOT qualify).
- Warehouse: Minimum 2 years of shipping and inventory control experience (including counts & computer entry).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Licence & Gear: Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence + own CSA-approved safety boots.
- Physical: Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
- Background:



Must be able to pass a criminal record check.

⭐ Preferred Assets:

- Valid reach truck certification (Required prior to operating).
- Experience with supply chain/shipping software + typing speed of 35+ WPM.

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED.

- At least one year of experience operating a reach truck. Counterbalance forklift experience alone does not qualify.

- At least two years of warehouse shipping and inventory control experience, including inventory counts and computerized reconciliation.

- Ability to regularly lift boxes weighing up to 35 lbs and perform standing, bending, and reaching tasks.

- Strong attention to detail, communication, and computer skills.

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence in positive standing.

- Own CSA-approved safety boots.

- Ability to complete the required criminal record check before starting.
