Reporting to the Health Service Administrator, the Site Manager is responsible and accountable for the management of service delivery, buildings and personnel, leadership, integration, and evaluation of services for facility-based services.

Manager provides leadership in the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs that are consistent with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Northern Health (NH).

The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE.
