We are looking for a Raw Material, Spare Parts Planner to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, for a six-month temporary assignment. As part of the Spare Parts team, this role will ensure the just-in-time availability of purchased materials from all suppliers to support Spare Parts production.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- SAP MRP Analysis (all suppliers)
- Supplier relationship management (MOQ analysis, LT reduction, LPA Schedule line negotiation etc.)
- Forward production Plans to suppliers
- Analyze missing materials (all suppliers)
- Check the correct application of technical communication (all suppliers/items)
- Organize transport for Milk Run Suppliers or other exceptional transport.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Working with the Spare part team to ensure the ordering of necessary parts.
- Working with the Warehouse to verify the receipt of the items.
- There will be some travel required to our Sussex, NB location.

Profile description

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain engineering (or equivalent)



and experience of at least 2 years in the role ideally in manufacturing companies.
- Analysis and data management
- Supply chain mastery (i.e. lead times, frozen periods)
- SAP and Excel proficiency
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in all areas of work
- Good communication skills
