Ace Guardian AI Pro Inc. develops sovereign, edge-based AI security systems for critical infrastructure, defense, and remote industrial operations. Our platform, the Sovereign Custody Architecture, provides passive RF and cyber anomaly detection in environments where cloud connectivity cannot be assumed. We serve Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, Large Remote work sites,and defense sectors by detecting unauthorized transmissions, SCADA interference, and hardware degradation (Partial Discharge/corona signatures) before catastrophic failure.

Our system enforces a strict "human-in-command" doctrine, delivering tamper-evident, cryptographically chained custody logs without autonomous AI execution. Headquartered in Quesnel, BC, we are currently in active technical evaluation with BC Hydro Powertech Labs and pursuing DND IDEaS funding opportunities.

Role Description The Strategic Business Development Advisor is a part time, remote advisory role with travel requirements as needed. This is a deferred-compensation, success-fee-based position: no base salary, with compensation tied to contract awards.

This role focuses on opening doors to decision-makers in defense (DND/DRDC), utilities, and critical infrastructure sectors.



The Advisor will leverage their existing network to secure introductions, review funding proposals (IDEaS, NRC IRAP, BDC), and position Ace Guardian for paid pilot contracts . Daily responsibilities include strategic introductions, proposal review, and advising on defense/utility procurement language.

This is not a cold-calling sales role; it's a high-level advisory position for someone with an existing Rolodex.

Qualifications

- 10+ years in defense procurement, utility innovation, or critical infrastructure business development
- Existing relationships with DND/DRDC program managers, BC Hydro/FortisBC innovation teams, or defense primes (MDA, L3Harris, General Dynamics)
- Understanding of federal procurement processes (IDEaS, PSPC, Canadian Content requirements)
- Experience translating deep-tech capabilities into procurement-ready language
- Willingness to work on a success-fee basis (percentage of first contract value + advisory equity)

Compensation

- No base salary or hourly wage
- Success fee: 10% of first contract value secured through Advisor's direct introduction
- Advisory equity grant: 2% vesting upon first paid contract
