Role Description As a Travel Consultant at DEOL TRAVEL, you will work full time on-site at our Toronto, ON location, assisting clients with planning and booking their travel. You will handle day-to-day tasks such as discussing travel needs, proposing suitable itineraries, and managing reservations for flights, accommodations, and other services. The role includes coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy of bookings,



and resolving any issues or changes that arise before or during travel.

You will provide responsive customer service, offer recommendations based on budget and preferences, and stay informed about travel regulations, promotions, and destination information. Collaboration with team members and suppliers to deliver efficient, high-quality travel solutions is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a travel agency or airline-ticketing environment preferred
- Knowledge of Amadeus GDS is a strong asset
- Understanding of international airfare and airline reservation procedures
- TICO certification required
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English and Punjabi is an asset
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
