About Trillium Watch Service
At Trillium Watch Service, watchmaking is more than a profession — it is a craft built on precision, expertise, and passion.
With a watchmaking heritage dating back to 1920, we combine traditional watchmaking values with modern facilities and technical expertise to provide high-quality service for timepieces from a wide range of brands.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Watchmaker to join our team, with opportunities suited to candidates ranging from junior watchmakers to experienced professionals.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented watchmaker with an interest in mechanical watchmaking and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Working in a dedicated professional workshop, you will have the opportunity to service and repair a wide variety of timepieces, from simple mechanical watches to high-end complications, alongside quartz watches.
Whether you are beginning your career and looking to develop your skills or are an experienced watchmaker looking for a recent professional challenge, we would be happy to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical watches, including automatic and manual-winding movements.
- Perform complete mechanical services, including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, adjustment, and regulation.
- Work on a variety of mechanical movements, ranging from basic calibres to more sophisticated complications, depending on experience and technical expertise.
- Perform quartz watch diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
- Conduct technical inspections, timing measurements, and water-resistance testing where applicable.
- Identify worn or defective components and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, precision, and quality control.
- Keep the workstation organized and follow established workshop procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and consistent service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Formal watchmaking education, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical watch movements and servicing techniques.
- Familiarity with quartz watches and their servicing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine interest in watchmaking.
- A commitment to quality, precision, and continuous career development.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
We welcome candidates at all career stages. Whether you are a junior watchmaker looking to strengthen your fundamentals or an experienced watchmaker with extensive expertise in mechanical servicing and complications, we are interested in learning more about your skills and ambitions.
Responsibilities will be adapted to the candidate's experience, technical abilities, and professional development goals.
What We Offer
- A full-time position in a professional, dedicated watchmaking environment.
- The opportunity to work on a diverse range of timepieces and mechanical movements.
- Modern workshop facilities and professional testing equipment.
- A collaborative team that values craftsmanship, precision, and technical knowledge.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and expand your technical expertise.
