As a Working Leader, you will orient, support, and continuously coach Surgical Processors.
Responsibilities include setting daily and shift-based priorities within the department while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and established standards. You will act as a formal resource to department staff and may act as a delegate for management on operational issues. In addition, you may support the management team by providing input for annual performance evaluations of surgical processing staff.

Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) program. Completion of a Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) certification or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certification.
