Job role: Workday Prism analytics consultant

Location: Remote

Mandatory Skills: Workday Prism | Data Transformation | Data Modeling | Workday Reporting | HCM/Finance | Solution Architecture

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 10–20 years of overall IT/ERP/Data & Analytics experience, with strong Workday experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong experience with Prism data ingestion, datasets, derived datasets, data transformation, and publishing.
- Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financial Management data models and business processes.




- Experience combining Workday and external data sources for analytics and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, data quality, and data reconciliation.
- Good understanding of Workday security as it relates to reporting and analytics.
- Experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead solution design discussions and guide technical teams.
